We’re delighted to announce that we have broadened our membership with the Ombudsman Services Scheme as part of our commitment to providing outstanding customer service. This will ensure that our clients have access to an independent dispute resolution service should it be needed.

Rubix VT was initially able to offer the service to broadband and telecoms customers, however, following a period of positive feedback, we have enhanced their membership to include customers who instruct Rubix VT for their energy services.

By enhancing the scheme to cover energy customers, Rubix VT is demonstrating its commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service that we, as a company, believe our clients should have access to, should they ever need it.
