Rubix VT is delighted to announce the acquisition of Symbio Communications.
Symbio Communications is a well-established telecoms reseller, based in Hemel Hempstead with a particularly strong representation within the retail and fashion sectors. Symbio has built a loyal customer base over the last decade.
It is an exciting development for Rubix. Retail and fashion are sectors the business has been looking to expand into.
Rubix VT Managing Director, Nick Poyner, says: “We’re looking forward to working with the team at Symbio as we welcome their clients into the Rubix family. Symbio will be absorbed into Rubix. This will offer additional benefits to the existing Symbio clients. We are able to offer them a wider range of unified products, including business energy supplies and CCTV solutions.”
Symbio Communications Director, Anish Kotecha, says: “We are delighted to be joining with Rubix VT Limited to provide a broader range of telecom and IT solutions to customers. I’m confident that our customers will benefit from the support and expertise from a larger team. They will also retain the consistent service supplied by Symbio Communications.”
This is Rubix VT’s second acquisition since the appointment of Nick Poyner as a Managing Director in September 2020.
In October, Rubix VT acquired Stratotel a Finchley-based independent telecoms provider. Stratotel has over 20 years’ experience in the SMB market, largely focusing on the Alcatel phone systems.
